Now working with Boston's South Shore

Massachusetts

From our Marshfield practice, we provide in-person psychotherapy to clients throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston, along with secure telehealth appointments across Massachusetts.

At Sequoia Therapy, we work with accomplished adults, graduate students, healthcare professionals, business professionals, entrepreneurs, couples, families, and adolescents. We specialize in helping people who may appear successful on the outside yet quietly struggle with anxiety, burnout, loneliness, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of not fully belonging. Many of our clients have built meaningful careers, fulfilled the expectations placed upon them, and achieved significant professional success, yet still feel disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the life they want to be living.

Whether you're employed by one of Greater Boston's leading hospitals, universities, biotechnology companies, financial institutions, or innovative businesses, Sequoia Therapy offers an opportunity to move beyond simply achieving and begin living with greater authenticity, connection, and purpose. We regularly work with individuals connected to Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston University, Northeastern University, Tufts University, and other academic, healthcare, and business communities throughout Massachusetts.

Our integrative approach draws on psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help adults, professionals, couples, families, and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're seeking greater resilience, stronger relationships, or a deeper sense of purpose and belonging, therapy provides a space for meaningful and lasting change.

Our Marshfield office offers convenient access to evidence-based, insight-oriented therapy for residents of Duxbury, Scituate, Norwell, Hingham, Cohasset, Hanover and Pembroke, as well as the broader Boston region.

Brooklyn Bridge View

New York

As a licensed psychologist serving New York, I provide in-person psychotherapy in Brooklyn, including the option of walk-and-talk therapy in and around Prospect Park, as well as secure tele-health appointments throughout New York State.

We work with accomplished adults, healthcare professionals, couples, and adolescents who may appear successful on the outside yet quietly struggle with anxiety, burnout, loneliness, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of not fully belonging. Many of our clients have built meaningful careers, cared deeply for others, and met the expectations placed upon them, but still feel disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the life they want to be living.

If you've been functioning, achieving, and pushing forward—but still feel exhausted, isolated, or like something important is missing—you don't have to figure it out alone. Therapy offers an opportunity to move beyond simply performing and begin living with greater authenticity, connection, and purpose. We help adults, professionals, and couples address long-standing patterns, including challenges that may have persisted despite previous therapy, so they can create more satisfying relationships and a life that feels genuinely their own.

Connecticut

From our Connecticut practice, we provide telehealth therapy throughout the state, supporting graduate students, physicians, medical residents, nurses, healthcare professionals, and researchers across Connecticut's intensive universities, hospitals, and healthcare systems. We regularly work with individuals connected to Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, UConn Health, Hartford Hospital, Quinnipiac University, Wesleyan University, Sacred Heart University, Bridgeport Hospital, Stamford Hospital, and other academic and healthcare communities throughout the state.

We also support couples and adolescents who are trying to understand themselves and find their place in an increasingly complex world. Young people today face academic pressure, anxiety, social isolation, bullying, identity questions, family conflict, and major life transitions. And for new and seasoned couples, try our couples therapy for support with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, and major life transitions.

At Sequoia Therapy, we provide a compassionate, collaborative environment where adolescents can strengthen self-understanding, develop resilience, build healthier relationships, and grow with greater confidence and authenticity. Our integrative approach combines psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and EMDR to help you build resilience, deepen insight, and create lasting change.
